Mark has done a few jobs for me now….the biggest being the installation of a new boiler and the smallest….replacing a leaky, kitchen tap. He is very professional, excellent at communicating and tidies at the end of each day. He is incredibly knowledgable about his trade and happy to offer advice but without being pushy. I would highly recommend Mark and am thrilled to have found him as there are so many “rogue” traders around. I will definitely be using Mark for all future plumbing/heating needs.

We have a complicated heating system for some plumbers, but not for Mark , he is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable and sorted our heating out to the point it has never worked better, he was a pleasure to have in our home and will definitely become our family go to guy 👍excellent service

Had Mark Sturzaker service my boiler at short notice as I could smell gas & with children in the house was quite concerned he did a very thorough inspection & seemed to have a vast knowledge regarding gas safety which was a big relief couldn’t fault him

MSH Solutions. He has just taken an old Baxi BBU and replaced the whole system, new radiators everything. The whole works.
He really is an amazing engineer and person. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He work ethic is meticulous in every single thing he does. He kept me informed of every process, the stage he was, at the timeline of the job. And the quality of his work is amazing even according to my dad and that is amazing if you knew my dad. He is a guardian angel to me and my son who since we moved here from Manchester 6 months ago, I have wasted virtually a thousand pounds on complete cowboys.
And I think if anyone ever deserved a prize for an unsung hero Mark is the man. He has always got time for me even when I ask the most stupid questions. He worked such long hours just to get me and my son some heating and hot water. And even now he is still trying to help me and my son, doing extra little jobs for us. Mark is a true, genuine, local hero. I just hope this review can be seen by Mark and let him know I am so happy I have finally found an engineer that is even more conscientious than my dad……..(I hope my dad doesn’t see this…….hahaha).
